App of the month.
Apps on our phone are part of the day to day life. Whether they help us keep track of our sleep, our finances or just connecting with friends digital technologies are here to stay and can be very useful. I use apps a lot in my own life but also for my clients. In fact, I love apps, so I thought I might do a monthly favourite app that I use and recommend to my clients.
Stop, Breathe and Think as a tool to use daily or as needed for mindful breathing; guided meditations and to create space between your thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
I like: Free content; Easy to navigate; nice selection of meditations; breath timer and breathing coach
I didn’t like: Need to upgrade to unlock some meditations.
All up this is a great starter app for some short guided meditations and breathing timer.
