Hello, I’m Kate.
I’m a Generalist Psychologist (Bachelor of Arts Psych & Soc; Bachelor of Psychology (Hons). I was a Student Counsellor at Bond University for 12 years before going into private practice at Robina Town Medical Centre. I employ a warm, empathetic counselling style, adopting a flexible approach, tailored to suit my clients’ needs. I draw on a variety of treatment approaches including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Approaches.
